Oranges Art Print

This print utilizes Chine-collé (pronounced sheen-col-lay)—a printmaking method where shapes are hand-cut from thin paper and pressed onto a thicker background. The bold lines are then printed right over the top using a heavy printing press. The piece highlights a detailed black-and-white ink sketch of a mesh net bag holding textured, speckled orange fruits, set against a simple white background with a vibrant splash of green grass line work at the bottom.
